nVisium, the leading provider of application security tools, services and research for software development, has an opening for an experienced, full-time Professional Services Coordinator. nVisium’s problem solving approach combines skilled technical analysis with a deep understanding of what matters most to our clients. From training to assessments to a fully managed platform for tracking and measuring performance, nVisium provides value to clients whether they are starting a new security initiative or already have a mature program in place.


  • Responsible for the initiation, scheduling, planning, execution, and closure of consulting projects
  • Ensure that consultants confirm technical requirements and validate working access/credentials prior to the start of each project
  • Complete and transfer kick-off call notes, scope, etc. to consultants prior to the start of each project
  • Responsible for creating and managing projects and reports within Project Management System
  • Support sales staff in drafting Statements of Work (SoWs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Support scheduling, allocating resources to projects, and tracking project hours
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget./li>
  • Requires routine and regular communication with clients, including but not limited to, support and scheduling any relevant meetings (kick-off calls, report outs, status updates, etc.)
  • Responsible for delivering consulting outputs (reports, status updates, proposals, etc.)
  • Collect, analyze, and coordinate internal debriefs based on feedback at the close of each project
  • Communicate with sales, management, clients, and consultants on the status of projects regularly
  • Assist with training reporting and help desk resolutions
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Travel up to 5%


  • 1-3 years of Project Management experience (or comparable functional experience)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Knowledge of PM Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maturity to operate independently as a remote employee
  • Proven strong professionalism with ability to interface with clients
