Josh Angell, who’s an application security consultant at nVisium, says human error still accounts for the vast majority of breaches, making tools and secure coding practices obsolete if the people who maintain these networks and systems and have access to the company emails and sensitive client data are not compliant with industry best practices. So in other words, it doesn’t matter how many tools you have – if you have one guy who gives away the access, it’s done, right? The access is given away.
